Flexible Pricing Models

All billing and service pricing are handled by the reseller, enabling virtually any pricing model. The Private Label Program comes with reporting tools that allow you to see detailed usage data for each user and bill accordingly.

Reseller-owned Amazon S3 Account Used for Storage

The Private Label Program is designed to allow resellers to securely use a single S3 account for all customers without exposing the Amazon brand or website to their customers (unless desired). Partners pay all S3 usage fees and bill customers based on their pricing model.

  • No end-user S3 accounts required
  • Complete security to prevent accidental or malicious access to other users’ data
  • No Amazon branding or URLs required
  • Optional support for integration with partner account system

Pricing

Pricing is handled on a case-by-case basis to account for specific branding and customization needs. Each active user account is $2.00 per user per month and storage is billed directly by Amazon at the standard S3 storage pricing.


Additional Private Label Reseller Program Details


Getting a Private Label Online Storage Service running using the Private Label Program is straight-forward and easy to implement for most resellers.

The partner is responsible for providing custom text and graphics for their private label client and Jungle Disk creates and tests the custom versions.

If account system integration is required, the partner is responsible for implementing a simple Authentication Service. The full list of responsibilities for each party is below

Jungle Disk Provides:

  • Customized version of the Jungle Disk client
    • No Jungle Disk name or branding
    • No Amazon.com name or branding
    • Custom product name
    • Custom program icon
    • Installer with custom logo and partner EULA
  • Authentication service examples
  • Reporting interface for customer billing
  • Second level support for escalation of customer issues
  • Regular updates with new functionality and fixes

Reseller Provides:

  • Art for icons and installer in preferred format
  • Hosting for client download (optionally available from Jungle Disk)
  • SSL hosting for authentication service (if required)
  • Customization of authentication service code to integrate with their user database (if required)
  • All account signup, management, and billing functionality
  • Amazon S3 account
  • First level customer support
