Network Drive is Not Backup

Network drive is NOT a backup and is meant to be a cloud storage location that you can use to share information with other users who have access to your drive. There is versioning that occurs with the network drive, but since this data is accessed like another drive on your computer, this does not make it full backup.

Your backup vault holds the data you have set Jungle Disk to backup. This information is held separately and is not able to be mapped or accessed from any other location other than the Jungle Disk software.

Here is a short video that explains how you can access your data within your network drive and how to view the information in your backup vault. If you have any questions or need any help you can reach out to us at support@jungledisk.com.
