Behind the Scenes at Jungle Disk - New Proactive Approach for Customer Support
At Jungle Disk, we pride ourselves on the exceptional level of support that we give to every customer. The support team has now decided to take a proactive approach for our customers by trying to identify accounts with configurations and/or settings that we could offer advice around. At the beginning of this year, we started reaching out to customers proactively to help with different account scenarios such as:
- Customers with no activity for 15 days or more because that could mean that backups of your critical data have stopped running unexpectedly!
- Customers with large online disks to help break up their data into multiple online disks for the best performance. It will also help later during a restore if needing to retrieve data quickly.
- Customer accounts with no backups or online disks configured at all to help get their data protected asap!
Our team has been working with these customers to adjust configuration settings and make sure they are backing up the data they need. We believe by doing so we will ensure our customers are using the Jungle Disk software properly and efficiently to yield the best experience possible.
