You’ll be helping us build and foster relationships with existing and new partners by interacting with them daily via phone calls, live chats, and service tickets to provide information in response to inquiries about our products and to resolve technical issues. You’ll be expected to display excellent troubleshooting abilities by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions then coming to a timely conclusion to effectively communicate to the customer. You will work on a small team of highly engaged and motivated individuals who are passionate about solving problems and being available for customers and each other. You will have the support of your peers and are expected to support your peers in return.
