You can import your company's existing email data into the archive if you want a more complete history in your archive.
Checkout the archive portal and setup archive searches and use Insights to see how your company is using email.
Getting started with your new archive is a pretty simple process whether you're using G Suite or Office 365. In most cases, the whole setup can be done in about 5 minutes. As soon as your account is provisioned, we'll send you an email with your archive inforamtion and links to our setup guides. If you'd like a guided setup, we're here to help. The Jungle Disk Email Archive will only archive mail that is sent/received after the archiving is setup with your email provider, but you have the option to import your company's "legacy" email data. If you're interested in importing your company's legacy email data, please reach out to our sales team and we'll work with you to better understand your needs and develop a plan to import old/legacy email data. Legacy Data Import does involve a one-time fee based on the amount of data you'll be importing. Included in your subscriptions is 2 GB of import data per mailbox, so if you have 10 mailboxes, we'll import 20 GB of data for you, free of charge. Any data in excess of that free amount will be charged at $10/GB.
