Upgrade To Jungle Disk Workgroup
We are always looking for ways to enhance our products and, in doing so, to help our customers upgrade to the latest and greatest version of our software. One of my colleagues put together a great blog post that outlines all the steps on how to accomplish this if you are on Jungle Disk Simply Backup or Jungle Disk Desktop versions of our software.
This outlines what you need to do in order to upgrade your account however, we also put a video together with the same information and want to share that with all our current customers that are on either of the above versions of our software.
The video covers the five steps needed to upgrade your account to utilize our latest software version:
- Export your backup configuration
- Upgrade your current account to Jungle Disk Workgroup
- Configure the new software
- Import your backup configuration
- Cancel your previous Simply Backup or desktop licenses
We want to make sure that all our customers have their data secure and protected and we strongly encourage to proceed with moving to the new workgroup software if you have not done so.
